House rules

1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Guests are not permitted to make reservations with us within their own city. Please contact us if you would like to book from your own city.

3. Smoking, parties, escort services, or other commercial activities, as well as excessive noise, are prohibited, even in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 (net), plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We will charge €30 (net) per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits.

8. 24/7 noise monitoring systems may be installed in apartments to monitor excessive noise. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.

10. Prior to arrival, guests are identified by completing an online registration form in accordance with Section 29 of the German Federal Ministry of Health (BMG). Guests who do not currently reside in Germany must provide photo ID to verify their information.

11. Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who violate the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
